1. Acceptance
By registering for or using MVTS India services, you (the "Agent") agree to these Terms. Our services are offered strictly business-to-business, to registered travel agents, sub-agents and tour operators.
2. Our role
MVTS acts as a visa processing facilitator. We prepare and submit applications to embassies, consulates and authorised service centres on your behalf. We do not guarantee the grant of any visa — issuance and rejection decisions rest solely with the relevant authority.
3. Fees and payments
Fees are shown as three components: the embassy/government fee, the VFS or service-centre fee where applicable, and the MVTS service charge. Government and service-centre fees are passed through at cost. Embassy and service fees are generally non-refundable once an application is submitted, regardless of outcome. The MVTS service charge is earned on submission.
4. Agent responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents and information you submit. Submitting forged or misleading documents is grounds for immediate termination. You confirm you have the applicant's consent to share their data with us for processing.
5. Wallet and credit
Wallet balances are used to pay processing fees. Any credit line extended is at our discretion and subject to timely settlement. We may suspend processing for overdue balances.
6. Turnaround times
Processing times shown are indicative and depend on the embassy, consular workload and document completeness. We are not liable for delays caused by authorities, missing documents or third-party service centres.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the MVTS service charge paid for the affected application. We are not liable for visa refusals, consular fee losses, missed travel or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may end the relationship with notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud or non-payment.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi. For questions, contact legal@mvtsindia.com.
