To make your travel arrangements, we share relevant details with airlines, hotels, ground transport providers, tour operators, travel insurance providers, and Global Distribution System (GDS) operators.

Service providers

We engage trusted third parties for IT hosting, payment processing, document translation and attestation, courier services, and customer support. These providers are contractually bound to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we direct.

Government and regulatory authorities

  • Active client files: retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up services or repeat applications.
  • Financial and tax records: retained for at least 8 years to comply with the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Marketing data: retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics data: retained for up to 26 months in line with industry practice.

When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

By the very nature of immigration and visa services, your personal information will be transferred to embassies, consulates, and authorities in countries other than India. By engaging our services, you consent to this cross-border transfer. We share information only with authorities or service providers in jurisdictions that maintain reasonable data protection standards or under appropriate contractual safeguards.
